For a home inspection, we charge:
- 650 € + VAT for properties up to a purchase price of €650,000
- For distances greater than 30 km from Malaga city centre, there is a travel surcharge.
We work mainly in Andalucía:
- Costa del Sol: Málaga, Marbella, Mijas, Estepona, Nerja, Torre del Mar, Torrox, Axarquia
- Costa de la Luz: Cádiz, Chiclana, Conil, Cabo Roche, Tarifa, Conil, Sotogrande, Alcaidesa, Chipiona, Sanlucar, Doñana
- Gibraltar
- Costa Tropical: Granada, Almuñecar Salobreña, La Herradura, Motril.
- The provincial capitals of Seville, Jaén, Almeria and Huelva (travel expenses payable).
- The rest of Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, Costa Blanca (Dénia, Jávea, Benidorm), Balearic Islands or Canary Islands (travel expenses payable).
- House inspection in Portugal, the Algarve, Faro, Albufeira, Carvoeiro (travel expenses payable).
Services provided by the property conveyancing:
- Home inspector Report in German, English or Spanish language
- We carry out a thorough visual inspection: structural stability, technical installations (heating, ventilation, plumbing, swimming pool installations, jacuzzi) and general fittings
- Property / land boundaries
- Document check (land registry, utility companies, taxes, entries, cadastral register)
- Technical due diligence
- Handover and list of defects, snag list, snagging
- Joint site inspection
